Digital Delivery
All software products sold by Elbamaro are delivered digitally. No physical box, disc or printed licence is shipped unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
How delivery works
- Place your order using an accurate email address.
- Your order is checked and processed.
- Delivery and relevant instructions are sent electronically.
- Follow the supplied installation and activation guidance.
Before ordering
Confirm whether the product is for Windows or Mac and review all compatibility information. A Windows product will not work on macOS unless the product page expressly says otherwise, and a Mac product will not work on Windows.
If delivery is missing
Check spam, junk and promotions folders, then contact support@elbamaro.com with your order number. Do not place a duplicate order while waiting for support.
