Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly from Elbamaro. If you purchased a voucher from Groupon or Wowcher, the marketplace’s terms and refund process may also apply.

Digital products

Our products are delivered electronically and no physical item is shipped. Contact us promptly if your order has not been delivered, the supplied item differs materially from the confirmed order, or you experience an installation or activation problem.

Before requesting cancellation

Please verify Windows or Mac compatibility before ordering. Where digital fulfilment has already begun or digital content has been supplied, cancellation rights may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

How to request help or a refund review

Email support@elbamaro.com with your order number, product name, platform and a clear description of the issue. We may first offer delivery assistance, compatibility checks or installation support. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where available.

Groupon and Wowcher orders

For a payment collected by Groupon or Wowcher, refund requests may need to be handled by that marketplace. Elbamaro can assist with redemption and fulfilment issues but cannot override a marketplace’s payment or refund decision.
