Groupon & Wowcher Voucher Redemption
This page is for customers holding an eligible Groupon or Wowcher voucher for an Elbamaro software offer.
Before you redeem
- Check that the offer title and edition match your voucher.
- Confirm whether the product is for Windows or Mac.
- Keep the marketplace order reference and voucher code available.
How to redeem
- Follow the redemption instructions printed in your Groupon or Wowcher voucher.
- If the voucher directs you to Elbamaro support, open our secure contact page.
- Include the marketplace name, offer title, order reference, voucher code and the email address used for the voucher purchase.
- Submit the request once and keep the confirmation for your records.
- After validation, eligible digital delivery and relevant instructions will be sent electronically.
Important
Do not post a voucher code publicly and never send passwords or complete payment-card details. A code that is invalid, already redeemed, for a different offer or outside the marketplace validity period cannot be fulfilled until the issue is resolved with the marketplace.
Delivery or activation help
For missing delivery, installation or activation questions, visit Activation & Installation Support or email support@elbamaro.com. Include the product name, platform and marketplace order reference.
Refunds
Groupon or Wowcher normally controls the original voucher payment. Refund requests for the voucher purchase may need to be submitted to that marketplace under its terms. Elbamaro can assist with redemption and fulfilment questions but cannot override a marketplace payment or refund decision.
