These Terms of Service govern use of elbamaro.com and purchases made directly from ELBAMARO LLC. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Products and compatibility

Products offered by Elbamaro are digital software products unless clearly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product title, supported Windows or Mac platform, system requirements and other confirmed offer details before ordering.

Orders and pricing

An order is subject to acceptance, payment verification and availability. We may correct genuine listing or pricing errors before fulfilment and contact you with available options. Draft or unpublished listings are not offers for sale.

Digital delivery

No physical product is shipped. Delivery instructions are provided electronically using the contact details associated with the order. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking spam or junk folders.

Licence and acceptable use

Software use is subject to the licence terms supplied with the applicable product or imposed by the software publisher. Unless expressly confirmed in the product offer, Elbamaro does not make claims about device count, region, activation type, transferability, perpetual duration or resale rights.

Support

Reasonable installation and activation assistance is available through support@elbamaro.com. Customers must not send passwords, complete payment-card details or other sensitive credentials.

Groupon and Wowcher

Voucher customers must follow the redemption instructions associated with the voucher. The marketplace’s terms apply to the voucher purchase and payment relationship. Elbamaro cannot modify the marketplace’s payment or refund decisions.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elbamaro is not responsible for losses caused by unsupported hardware, incorrect platform selection, third-party service interruption or use contrary to publisher terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights where such limitation is prohibited.
